Ben is truly a gifted poet with his cameras. His mastery of lighting is so impressive, and yet at the same time he makes it all look so easy. I enjoy anything he takes photos of, and when it is Rose and her toothsome creations, what a bonus!! Rose's calm demeanor makes us all believe we can bake like she does, and with the help of her exhaustively researched cookbooks, we discover that we can, indeed!
